Lilo Chevdo

‘Lilo’ means wet in Gujarati and this Vadodara snack has a wet feel. Despite that, it’s crunchy. Grated potatoes are deep-fried and mixed with chana dal, and lemon juice for a lip-smacking snack. It is a potato-based namekeen flavored with special wet tempering. The taste of chevda is slightly sweet and liked by all age groups.
