Malnath Shiv Temple

Malnath Shiv Temple is located at Talaja Road about 25 km from Bhavnagar and dedicated to Lord Shiva as main deity along with Goddees Durga, Lord Ganesh, Lord Krishna and Lord Hanumaji. This popular Shiva temple is on bank of river and surrounded by the green mountains thus monsoon and specifically Sravan month is the best time to visit here. The temple is constructed in traditional Gujarati architecture rock-carved Shivalinga in the sanctum. Malnath is also well known for tracking and photography. As Malnath Shiv Temple is surrounded by greenery, waterfall, mountain and windmill in natural environment makes spot as ideal place for picnic.

By Road: Frequent bus connections, link towns and cities all over the state; Rajkot (4hours), Ahmedabad (5 hours), Vadodara (6 hours), Palitana (2 hours).

By Rail: You can opt for a train to connect to Ahmedabad and Mumbai with frequent connections.

By Air: Bhavnagar Airport is about 3.5km from town and is reasonably well connected to major cities of India.
